Define How AI Gets Deployed in the Real World. As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Capably, you’ll sit at the point where product, engineering, and customer reality meet. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, map ambiguous business problems into deployable systems, and help bring Capably’s AI automation platform into production in high-impact enterprise environments.
This is not a traditional implementation role. You’ll combine technical depth, product judgment, and operational pragmatism to solve hard problems quickly. One week you may be scoping a new enterprise workflow, the next you may be designing a solution architecture, unblocking a deployment, or working with the product team to generalise what you’ve learned into the core platform. Capably’s growth is already constrained by deployment capacity, so this role is central to how fast and how well the company scales.
