Forward-Deployed AI Engineer (Python) — Live Client Deployments

Wave Group is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Barcelona or Madrid. In this hybrid position, you'll work on the design and deployment of AI-powered systems directly into client environments. You will design backend architectures in Python, integrate AI systems, and ensure the reliability of deployed solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend skills, experience with client-facing projects, and a deep understanding of production systems. Competitive compensation up to 100k, including performance bonuses and equity, is offered.
