Forward Deployed AI Engineer
This role is a forward‑deployed engineering position where you embed directly with founders and the team to understand real business needs and ship AI solutions quickly. You will act as an engineer, solutions architect, and builder who speaks with human stakeholders to iterate and deliver functional AI‑enabled products.

- Building and orchestrating AI agents to automate real work across engineering, operations, and marketing.
- Creating personalized, AI‑driven experiences for customers that understand context and respond helpfully.
- Turning data and signals into useful systems that drive better experiences and smarter marketing.
- Building internal tools that give a small team outsized leverage.
Technology stack
AI / LLM: Claude API + Claude Code, multi‑agent orchestration, prompt and skill authoring, voice tooling.
Primary language: Python.
