Forward Deployed AI & Data Engineering Manager

Databricks is seeking a Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering in NSW to lead a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Engineers. You will partner with enterprise accounts to migrate to the lakehouse, build AI/GenAI systems, and unlock business value from data investments.

You will drive delivery excellence, mentor senior practitioners, and set governance for scalable engagements, with a focus on outcomes and customer impact across industries.
