Formwork Draftsperson/Designer (Vancouver)

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Formwork Draftsperson / Designer to join our client, a well‑established specialist concrete contractor based in Vancouver. The role requires strong reinforced concrete and formwork design experience and offers exposure to technically complex concrete structures across high‑rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors throughout Western Canada.

Responsibilities

• Produce formwork layout drawings and erection drawings for reinforced concrete structures
• Design formwork systems utilizing Doka equipment including: Framax, Frami, Top 50, Dokaflex, and shoring systems
• Develop formwork solutions based on structural drawings and construction sequencing
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field operations teams to ensure constructability
