About the job
The Profit Center Team is looking for a FORMULA DEVELOPER to continue feeding the pipeline and executing cost saving initiatives both at a preliminary phase and industrially.
Main Objectives
- Co-create new reformulation opportunities to feed productivity pipeline (preliminary study, valorization with business case).
- Prototype validation at pilot scale.
- Scale up formulation opportunities at industrial scale.
- Follow up of designated projects to launch successfully (on time in full).
- Co-build the team deliverables throughout the year to capitalize internal strategic plan. Key KPI: Projects OTIF (on time in full).
- New projects proposition and put in place Addi CO alternative suppliers identified and assessed.
- Techno push and scouting initiatives aligned with productivity projects.
About you
Graduate studies in Engineering (Food, Chemistry) or equivalent.
