Qualifications

• Minimum 5‑10 years of related experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity and good understanding of Indigenous cultures and history across Alberta.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Proven experience with managing Indigenous relationships, preferably in a forestry context.
• Ability to promote Tolko as a potential employer for Indigenous people.
• Ability to lead and/or participate in meetings with Indigenous partners and communities.
