This role requires a Mechanical Engineer with a P.Eng. license and extensive experience in failure analysis and damage assessment. You will directly engage with clients from insurance, governmental, and private sectors, providing mechanical consulting that helps prevent future failures and enhance system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Examine incidents to identify mechanical system failures
• Conduct inspections of mechanical systems for quality
• Provide technical advice on insurance claims and compliance
• Develop specifications for equipment repairs and replacements
• Serve as an expert witness in litigation and mediations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and heavy machinery
