Position Overview
Foreman – General Contractor, Commercial Construction (Rotational 20/10). Various projects across Manitoba. Starting June/July 2026. Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Construction Management: Work with the Project Manager, develop and maintain the master project schedule with input from subcontractors. Assume responsibility for assessing commissioning and O&M requirements for the master project schedule.
- Develop Health, Safety and Environment Plan.
- Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure scope of work and schedules are accurate and feasible.
- Notify Equipment Management Team of requirements for the project.
- Assist with selection of trade subcontractors.
