Our Shop Foreman plays a key part in ensuring maximum productivity within our shop. You will assist with the coordination of the workload in our service department to ensure a smooth flow. You will also be tasked with providing training and direction to the technicians to support with development, efficiency and accuracy in their work. This role consists of:

- Mentoring and training apprentice and service technicians
- Liaising with service manager in the planning, scheduling, arrangement of parts and efficiency of repairs in the shop
- Maintain a high level of quality control by inspecting repairs to ensure that the quality, workmanship and cleanliness is up to standard as required
