We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Foreman to lead and supervise structural works in a major bridge construction project in Dubai. The candidate will oversee the execution of key structural elements ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and the construction schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute all structural activities onsite including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, pre/post-tensioning, erection of girders and deck slab construction.
- Interpret structural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and crew members to ensure smooth workflow and daily task allocation.
