Foreman – Infrastructure (Water & Sewer) (Calgary)

Overview

Thompson Construction Group is seeking an experienced Foreman to support our Infrastructure divisions land development and subdivision projects in the Calgary area. This role is primarily focused on the installation of water, sanitary, and storm systems as part of underground utility and horizontal civil works. The Water & Sewer Foreman reports to a Site Superintendent and is responsible for leading field crews, coordinating daily activities, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project drawings, municipal standards, and company expectations.
