Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and helpers involved in HVAC electrical installation activities.
• Ensure proper installation of power cables, control cables, conduits, cable trays, isolators, starters, and junction boxes for HVAC systems.
• Perform and supervise cable pulling, glanding, termination, and connection works for HVAC equipment, ensuring correct termination of power supply, control wiring, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians, BMS teams and other disciplines for equipment connections and testing activities.
• Assist in testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of HVAC electrical systems, supporting functional testing of HVAC equipment including motors, fans, pumps, starters, VFDs and control panels.
• Report daily progress, manpower status, material requirements and site issues to the HVAC Electrical Supervisor.
