Job Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past primary and secondary sales trends to forecast projected sales and manage distributor inventory
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Develop financial models and dashboards to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Conduct variance analysis and explain discrepancies in budget vs actual results
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Partner with accounting operations and executive teams to provide financial insights
- Analyze trade spends and work closely with sales and trade marketing to drive efficiency in trade spends
