Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Manager to join our team. This role is expected to support the logistics and operations of our food truck network within Toronto and the GTA. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and good at problem solving that will be able to handle a wide range of daily task and problems. Some of the duties include:
Duties
- Driving food truck to location, setting up the food trucks and take down
- Support in inventory forecasting and procurement
- Sourcing Produce and inventory during operating hours
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle food items safely, following all guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
