Duties & Responsibilities
- Presents menu to guests and attends well to clarification regarding the menu. Promotes and offers other special menu, desserts, wines, beverages, etc.
- Checks the correctness of the food before service and serves the food in proper sequencing and timing.
- Takes efforts to build customer goodwill (regularly greets the guests and always ready to attend their needs; solicits feedback regarding the food/product and service).
- Always stands in place where the guest can be seen; anticipates the needs of the guests and attends to their inquiries, complaints, concerns, and requests promptly.
