Found Description
It is the responsibility of the ATCQ Consultant to evaluate raw materials as delivered to the restaurants, to assess the operational procedures including equipment functioning, and to evaluate finished products. The candidate will identify issues, advice, training, and correct procedures when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all restaurants in the area are visited at least once per year based on an independent working plan.
- Carry out visits in the manner agreed upon.
- Evaluate raw materials in the restaurants by means of the European ATCQ Assessment Form (in accordance with the European laboratory evaluation sheets).
- Evaluate finished product quality as sold to final customers
- Assess storage, handling, and operational procedures.
- Give advice and share best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement and give input for action plans evolving from those.
