Food General Manager

As we expand both organically and through acquisitions, we're building out our leadership bench with operators who can run entire business activities, not just functions.

We're looking for a proven business leader to own a full business unit end-to-end: P&L, Product Direction, Team, Customers and Growth. This is not a manage a function role. It's a run-the-business role. You'll operate a business activity within BlueThrone as its de-facto CEO, with full accountability for its results. You'll sit at the executive level, shape strategy alongside the leadership team and be trusted to build and run things independently.
