Food & Beverage Supervisor, Chateau Jasper

Position Overview

Full‑time, year‑round position starting July2026 with staff accommodation provided. Starting wage $21.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience.
• Actively participate in daily food & beverage operation, including scheduling, recognition and performance‑management duties.
• Coordinate food & beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions and prepare daily cash reports.
• Act as direct line of support for service‑related issues, listening to guest concerns and finding effective resolution.
• Escalate issues as required.
• Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
