Job Summary
The Server is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables when necessary.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout their dining experience.
2. Order Taking and Service
- Accurately take customer food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and according to cafe standards.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
