As an F&B associate for Baking Therapy, you will assist in day‑to‑day operations by interacting with customers, packing and preparing orders, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (graduates from Hospitality and Food‑related fields are an advantage, e.g., HRM, Tourism, Food Service Management, Culinary, etc.)
- Experience in food service management is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and assertiveness and confidence
- Live a healthy lifestyle and be a non‑smoker
