We are seeking a motivated FOH Manager / Assistant Manager to join a thriving Italian-style café. In this leadership role, you will guide the front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain high presentation standards, and create a welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
As FOH Manager / Assistant Manager, you will:
- Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team during busy service periods
- Manage point of sale operations, cash handling, and daily reconciliations
- Maintain presentation and service standards in line with brand expectations
- Support rostering, staff training, and ongoing development with the Department Manager
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and food handling standards
- Foster a customer-first culture, solving issues quickly and professionally
