The Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) is recognized internationally for its clinical, educational and research excellence. The Department hosts a wide range of teaching and research activities in areas such as inner city health, addiction medicine, global health, palliative care, immigrant and indigenous health, and more. The FMLE Coordinator reports to the Undergraduate Program Director and the FMLE Course Director and provides administrative support for the FMLE course within the wider Undergraduate program. The role requires a high level of tact, attention to detail and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. The coordinator will work closely with students, community preceptors and other stakeholders to organize mandatory community practice placements that form part of the core Family Medicine training. The successful candidate will be organized, exercise good judgment, and foster positive relationships to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
