FMCG Production Floor Lead & Process Optimizer

PepsiCo in Pakistan’s Punjab region seeks a Front Line Manager to supervise a high-speed production line and coordinate 12 operators with 80 core workers. You will plan line scheduling, using up to 14 packaging twins on 1/2 banks and ensure up to 20T of finished goods per shift moves to dispatch with barcode scanning.

You will uphold strict quality and food safety standards (AIB, IPS, FSSC 22000, 5S) and lead Kaizen initiatives while coaching staff for skill development and safe operations.
