The FM Systems & Data SME supports FM Platform and system users to leverage required business and contractual outcomes from the application and use of FM Platform systems.

The FM Systems & Data SME is the focal point of contact for existing and potential users and ensures systems at all times are fit for purpose, being applied (used) appropriately and support the business plan, fulfil statutory, client requirements, business performance and protect license(s) to operate.

The FM Systems & Data SME is the key driver of consistency and continuous improvement across FM Platform systems.
