Flutter developer

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join a growing technology consultancy (Embrace IT) with strong expansion plans in mobile development.
This is a key position with clear evolution potential: starting as a senior contributor and progressing towards building and leading a Flutter team, defining best practices and supporting project delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart)
Participate in architecture and technical decision-making
Collaborate with backend and product teams to deliver scalable solutions
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
Contribute to defining development standards and best practices
In the mid-term:
oMentor junior developers
oSupport team growth and hiring
oTake ownership of mobile delivery within projects
