About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Group Operations Fluids New Product Introduction team, based at our Liverpool ink manufacturing site. You will work closely with our ink development, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure that new ink developments are transitioned from design to robust industrialised products suitable for release to global customers.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead the Group Operations Fluids New Product Introduction team supporting new ink product developments across all printing technologies
- Develop and coach the team delivering the best possible project outcomes
- Deliver products to launch on time and to cost target with agreed scale‑up plans
- Support seamless transition of new products from concept to full‑scale production
- Collaborate with the ink development and manufacturing site teams to ensure suitability of design for manufacture
