- Measure and cut flooring materials to ensure a precise fit.
- Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayment.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their flooring needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in flooring installation
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
