Floor Supervisor (40hr) - @Home - Table Bay

Responsibilities

• The ability to support the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.
• Ensures the team executes operational excellence through a customer‑centric mindset.
• Generates high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
• Allocates time effectively; handles multiple tasks and completes priorities.
• Provides input and manages merchandise and visual principles.
• Drives performance through the store KPI’s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc).

Qualifications

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year of store leadership experience.
