Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- 8 to 10 years experience with at least 3 years in a similar role in retail operations within Non-food categories.
- Strong knowledge of House hold, Electronics, Fashion, Toys, Stationery and Sports.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day floor operations across all assigned non-food categories, ensuring smooth execution and high operational standards.
- Drive sales performance by ensuring product availability, effective display execution, and strong category visibility on the floor.
- Execute attractive displays for Electronics, Household, and Seasonal items, ensuring high-impact promotional zones to drive impulse buying.
