Floor Leader: Elevate Customer Experience & Sales

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to drive daily sales.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports and protect store assets while representing the brand culture. Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
