We are looking for a floor controller to join our dedicated team, such a professional will supervise all floor activity including assisting team members, monitoring staff, and managing scheduling.
The Floor controller is responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met.
To be successful as a floor controller should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized.
You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is scheduled for their daily assigned roles.
