Floor coating installer / Lead hand

We’re looking for a dependable Lead Hand to join our crew. This hands‑on position is for someone who takes pride in quality work, pays close attention to detail, and can help lead and train newer crew members. The role requires honesty, professionalism, and reliability, and the candidate must represent the company properly with both the crew and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (must have)
• Experience backing up and towing trailers preferred
• Experience training or mentoring new workers
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
• Able to communicate professionally with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Able to work in physically demanding days
