Job Description

A vacancy for Flight Test Instrumentation Laboratory Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Spain (Sevilla or Getafe site). The successful applicant will join Engineering Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a team responsible for the full life cycle of a Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI):

• From conception to deployment, going through equipment and system integration.
• Definition and Design of Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) installations onboard Flight Test Aircraft.
• Prepare FTI Documentation to be provided to A/C installation Design Offices.
• Define, perform and document FTI equipment and system integration tests on FTI Laboratory Facilities.
• Anomalies in service investigation and solving.
• Make or Buy processes. New instrumentation technologies if applicable.
