Key Responsibilities

• Flight Test Technical Leadership
  • Provide deep technical expertise in flight test engineering, aircraft systems, and flight mechanics
  • Support flight test campaigns through methodology definition rather than direct day‑to‑day mission execution
  • Act as a reference point for complex or non‑standard test cases
• Process & Methodology Transformation
  • Lead the revamp, harmonization, and standardization of flight test processes across programs
  • Develop and evolve flight test methodologies to improve safety, efficiency, and data quality
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies in existing test practices and propose improvements
  • Drive the adoption of best practices across aircraft programs and flight test domains
