Responsible to maintain the content of the flight planning (LIDO) and NOTAM database, and to provide assistance to flight dispatchers and pilots for flight planning and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- On-Site Support for Flight Dispatch operational floor and administration
- Provide technical expertise to Flight Dispatch and on flight planning database queries
- Maintain company proprietary data in the Flight Planning (LIDO) and NOTAM/Crew Alert (Smart4Aviation) systems
- Identify and resolve problems that occur during flight planning
- Analyze, identify, and add/repair/delete new or obsolete air routes, including severe weather avoidance routes
