Flight Operations Specialist - UAV - santander

We’re supporting a rapidly growing organisation at the forefront of unmanned aviation and we’re looking for an experienced Fixed Wing UAV Operator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on advanced UAV platforms, supporting real-world operations and flight testing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The Role

• Operate fixed-wing UAVs in test and operational environments
• Support flight test campaigns and mission execution
• Conduct pre-flight planning, checks, and post-flight analysis
• Work closely with engineers to provide feedback and improve performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Support deployments and travel to test sites as required
