Flight Operations Specialist - Uav (Pontevedra)

Role

As a UAV Operator, you will play a key role in the safe operation and testing of fixed‑wing platforms, working closely with engineering and flight test teams.

Responsibilities

• Operating fixed‑wing UAVs in test and operational environments
• Supporting flight test campaigns and mission execution
• Pre‑flight planning, checks, and post‑flight analysis
• Collaborating with engineers to provide feedback and improve performance
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Supporting deployments and traveling to test sites as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating fixed‑wing UAVs
• Strong understanding of flight operations, airspace, and safety procedures
• Experience supporting flight testing or mission‑based operations
• Ability to work in dynamic, field‑based environments
