Flight Line and Maintenance Engineer

Job Description: A vacancy for a Flight Line & Maintenance Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid). The successful applicant will join the Flight Line Centre working in double shift.

Responsibilities

• Implement the delivery of A330 MRTT aircraft and carry out base and line maintenance activities within your scope.
• Manage the multifunctional team assigned to the aircraft, integrating production, quality, manufacturing engineering, planning & production control, supply chain and other necessary resources.
• Coordinate with other organizations to ensure seamless operation and aircraft turnaround.
• Ensure security and safety in your area of responsibility.
• Execute mid‑term and short‑term planning, monitoring targets and resolving deviations.
• Serve as a reference in your area with a focus on team engagement, energy, values, ethics and compliance.
