Flight Instructor (FI, IRI, CRI)

Our instructors:

• Provide hands‑on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground, teaching fundamental flying or theory skills.
• Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs.
• Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours, and instructional activities. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
