Job Description Summary
A trusted, hands‐on partner who helps teams translate strategy into action by embedding lean behaviors, building standard work, coaching problem solving, and driving measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
Key Responsibilities
Deploy Daily Management
Establish tiered daily huddles, visual performance boards, and clear SQDC metrics.
Facilitate problem identification and owner assignment; track closure and effectiveness.
Build Standard Work and Flow
Document and pilot standard work for critical processes; enable adherence through training and observation.
Map end‐to‐end value streams, eliminate bottlenecks, and design pull systems and takt‐based flow.
Coach Problem Solving
Teach and mentor teams in A3 thinking, 5‐Why, PDCA, and practical experimentation.
Facilitate cross‐functional kaizen events focused on highest SQDC gaps.
