**Description**
The Customer Trip Coordinator is the primary point of contact between Flight Operations and the customer.
The Coordinator has responsibility for managing customer aircraft in accordance with US-CFR Part ******** rules.
**Responsibilities**
Manage Incoming Requests: Receive, acknowledge, and initiate action on new client requests.
Open trip files ensuring all necessary details are documented and accurate.
Route Coordination: Collaborate with Flight Planning to determine the optimal routing, verify routes, and plot them using company software.
Vendor and Service Coordination:
Submit requests for permits, PPRs, slots, ground handling, and fuel.
