Flight Coordinator (100% remote)

Job Description

Starlink Aviation is looking for a Flight Coordinator (100% remote) involved in charter flight operations (Canadian Aviation Regulations CAR703&704), private business aircraft operations (CAR604) for multiple clients, as well as air ambulance flights.

Role

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Operations at Starlink Aviation, the Flight Coordinator is the primary point of contact for corporate clients and performs technical tasks while acting as a company ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assistant coordinator and prepare transportation logistics.
• Organize travel arrangements, including air and ground transportation.
• Prepare customs documentation (Canadian or international).
• Ensure catering and hotel services are arranged.
• Request documents from clients via email and phone.
• Enter flight data and follow up on invoices and purchase orders to close accounts payable.
