Flight Control Systems Lead

We are seeking an experienced Flight Control Systems Lead to lead the design, integration, validation, and certification of aircraft flight control systems. The role involves developing fly-by-wire architectures, primary flight control surfaces, actuation systems, and redundant control systems while ensuring compliance with aerospace safety and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end flight control system architecture and design.
• Develop and integrate primary flight control surfaces, actuators, sensors, and mechanisms.
• Lead fly-by-wire system development and redundancy management.
• Support control law implementation with Flight Sciences and Autonomy teams.
• Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, environmental, vibration, and safety requirements.
