Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan in-flight service and catering needs based on client requests
- Provide a high level of service to the client while ensuring the safety and comfort
- Greet passengers and assist with their personal belongings
- Brief clients on the use of safety equipment
- Administer basic first aid to passengers in distress (e.g., CPR, AED, First Aid)
- Ensure cabin service supplies are adequate for the duration of a flight
- Store, prepare, and serve food for passengers and crew
- Inspect, clean, and stock cabin, galley, and lavatories after every leg
- Inform the Pilot in Command of any cabin defects
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Flight Attendant role or in the hospitality industry
- Ability to obtain a RAIC (security pass)
- Satisfactory criminal record check
- Aviation or hospitality management diploma/degree an asset
