What you can expect

As a trainee you contribute your technical knowledge to the core dredging process by supporting engineering and operational projects, ensuring reliable vessel performance, and assisting with maintenance, upgrades and daily operations within the fleet. Your work combines technical problem‑solving with hands‑on involvement, meaning you will be in the office on planning and coordination as well as on site or abroad to support projects in practice. You won’t be behind a desk all day; you will be close to the vessels, equipment and operations that make projects happen.
