Responsibilities
- Develop efficient and profitable driver schedules and routes to maximize profits.
- Manage drivers' working hours, delivery schedule, attendance, behavior and performance.
- Mentor, coach, and reward drivers for their performance.
- Provide drivers with routes and delivery information and maintain constant communication.
- Train drivers on smart driving and risk management protocols, safety standards, and other important procedures.
- Fuel Management: Minimize unnecessary costs and enhance fuel efficiency.
- Customer Service: Work toward excellent client service.
