We are hiring a full‑time Fleet Supervisor in Brampton, ON. The role focuses on overseeing truck drivers, improving productivity, and maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise truck drivers and daily operations
• Provide recommendations for productivity enhancement
• Train employees and maintain quality work standards
• Schedule activities and manage fleet logistics

Requirements

• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Between 7 months and 1 year of related experience
• In‑office work in Brampton, Ontario required
• Bondable and eligible to work in Canada
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast‑paced setting
