Fleet Operations Analyst (Mexicali)

Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement the fleet management strategy, policies, and procedures.
Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of company vehicles.
Collaborate with the insurance department to verify data accuracy for policy renewals and ensure all drivers are provided with up-to-date insurance cards.
Partner with the Accounting team to ensure all leased vehicles are accurately recorded in the General Ledger under ASC 842 and Fixed Assets system to support precise financial reporting.
Maintain a comprehensive master data report of all vehicles, whether leased or owned, to ensure accurate reporting.
Prepare and manage the fleet program budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost‐saving opportunities.
Analyze fleet-related data (fuel usage, repair costs, etc.) to identify areas for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
