About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mombasa County. The Fleet Manager will oversee day-to-day fleet operations: vehicle allocation, scheduling, dispatch, and tracking, while driving continuous improvements in safety, cost-efficiency, and service delivery across our transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, dispatch, and GPS tracking
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize vehicle availability and minimize downtime
